Microsoft (UK) has agreed to support ACCESS IT for its 2008 Awards Ceremony. It will provide the venue, catering, security, media support and many other items which ACCESS IT are grateful for.
Over 10,000 ACCESS IT invites sent to interested parties from all over the EU. e-ISOTIS & AbilityNet have used their extensive contact list to invite over 10,000 people to the ACCESS IT 2008 Awards Ceremony. The response has been excellent so far with place being taken within the first three days. All applicants that are not successful, will be placed on a waiting list and notified nearer the time of any cancelations.
The highly acclaimed comedian & after dinner speaker Francesca Martinez (www.francescamartinez.com), who herself has learned to live with Cerebral Palsy will perform at this years ACCESS IT ceremony. Francesca is also a recognised actress who has raised the awareness of her disability and showed the world that you can live without restrictions.
We are pleased to announce the attendance of Geoff Adams-Spink – who is The Age and Disability correspondent for the BBC.
